Rafael Tonon is a Brazilian journalist and food writer. He writes about food, drinks and trends in gastronomy. He used to write for many magazines and papers in Brazil, such as Paladar, the food section of O Estado de S. Paulo, the major newspaper in the country. Now he is contributor for Eater in Latin America and he writes for other vehicles such as Munchies, Hot Rum Cow, etc. He is editor of Foodlosofia blog. Tonon also maintains the the trend food blog What the Fork (www.whatthefork.com.br) and he is working on a book about the food and restaurant traditions of São Paulo
