Pati Jinich, chef and host of the nationally acclaimed PBS series Pati's Mexican Table. She is the resident chef of the Mexican Cultural Institute in Washington, D.C., a regular guest on NBC’s Today, ABC’s The Chew, CBS’s The Talk and NPR’s The Splendid Table. She is a member of the Smithsonian Institution’s Kitchen Cabinet and has been guest chef for the President of the United States Cinco de Mayo White House Celebration.
