Along with Sebastián Pinzón, Jaime David Rodriguez Camacho founded Proyecto Caribe, a culinary research lab and pop up restaurant that explores the new cuisine of the Colombian Caribbean. He is the co-owner of Celele Restaurante in Cartagena.
