Fany Gerson is the founder of beloved cream shop La Newyorkina and the renowned Dough Doughnuts – both with locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She authored the bestselling cookbooks, Paletas, and My Sweet Mexico. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, Fany has worked in a range of fine-dining kitchens around the world and her works has been featured in the New York Times, Gourmet, Fine Cooking, Daily Candy, and more.
